Easter

We joined some friends at the Forney park and had fun hunting Easter eggs and eating cupcakes. Faith caught on pretty quickly after watching her friends.

Easter Day

Easter day... He is Risen!! Easter is one of my favorite days of the year. I hope that Jesse and I can show Faith that excitement we always have about Jesus and Easter. We started off the morning right with sunrise service at 6:45am!! and ended the day with family at mom and dad's house. Notice again how Victoria is not smiling but sticking her tongue out! Love her.

Sacile, Italy

Sacile is a city about 15 minutes from Corrie's home. On Thursdays they have a market that takes over the town; it is so beautiful with fresh cheese, meats, flowers, produce, furniture, clothes and more for sale. How fun to have a market like this in your home town! I would be so spoiled...
There was a carousel right in the middle of the street/parking lot. We strolled by a couple of times and when Faith would see it she really wanted to ride. This was really her first time to care about a ride. Now if she see any ride anywhere she's sold.
Corrie and I saw the flowers you see in the picture below and had to get them. They were so unique and beautiful. We ate outside at a restaurant that had amazing lasagna. Sooo yummy. Of course we had to have our daily scoop of gelato.

Polcenigo Park

So as I've already said the town of Polcenigo is so beautiful. There is a Polcenigo Park. No playgrounds or swing sets; just land!! No one was there either time we went except the people taking care of the animals. The land is so green and lush with wild flowers and grapevines. There were random animals to go and look at; peacocks, turkeys and ducks. I think there were other animals but we didn't feel like adventuring out that far. I was so in love with this park! If I lived there I would go in the morning and have my quiet times. God is so there. When you take a breath you can just feel and see His power.
