Moving again

We have moved so much for people that are not in the military. We are now living with my parents for an estimated 3 months time span. Jesse and I feel very blessed to be able to move in with them. There is a room upstairs that we call "our loft." It is very comfy and spacious. Faith is sleeping downstairs in her bed.
The pictures are from when I was packing at our old home. I tried to make it fun for Faith. Give a baby a box and she is happier than anything. We had fun crawling around and through them.

book baby

I am so thankful Faith loves to look at books. She will just sit and read, for at least 5 minutes.

Rocker baby

In the move we (mom) found my old rocking horse. Faith figured out how to get on and off in a day. She loves it.

moving

I have not posted in almost a month. Moving makes you crazy busy. My parents moved 2 weeks ago and I have been helping them get settled in before we move in with them on Saturday. I cant believe we are already saying good-bye to our first rent home. It was such a perfect home for our family. Our new home should be finished by Dec, probably Feb though.
I promise I will post more in October.

Destruction

Faith has been, well lets say, "acting like a one year old."
She LOVES to watch herself on the iphone. She cries and screams when we take it away. I had my phone sitting on the table, I told her "No, don't touch mommy's phone" and then she proceeded to shove it off the table, onto the tile; it cracked the screen. The phone cost $200, a cracked screen is $150. I just sat there with my jaw dropped. I just got the phone 5 weeks ago. "Just part of life", I told the lady at the storage place. Thats where we were at the time.
Later that afternoon, Faith and I were blowing bubbles. I laid down and Faith fell on me with her finger going in my nose. It didn't just go in my nose, her finger scrapped the inside of my nose so hard I had a nose bleed for 5 min. I have never had a nose bleed before.
So all that is to say that Miss Faith's red hair is beginning to shine through in more ways than one.

Never again

Today I did something I said I would never do.
Here is the story....
I was going to Costco to get a few things for M.O.P.S. Faith was asleep when we arrived. There was a cart literally 10 feet away. I locked the doors and put my keys and cell in the diaper bag that was in the car. As I stepped away to get the cart the wind blew the car door shut! I couldn't believe what I did. I locked Faith in the car with the keys and my cell phone!!
Right as I realized what happened a sweet women pulled up next to me. I asked if I could use her cell and she called 911. She stayed with me while we waited. The police came within 5 minutes of calling. I was soooo fortunate that it was in the upper 70's that day. I don't think it has been that cool since then. Faith was still asleep when the police got the door open. She was a little sweaty but perfectly fine. God was totally watching out for us. Thank you Jesus!!
