White Christmas Day

Corrie was there too!

Faith had a good time with her aunt/cousin Em.

Christmas Day 2009 was beautiful. The last white Christmas in North Texas was in 1926. Faith's first Christmas was white. We had so much fun. Jesse and I had already decided to spend the night with mom and dad on Christmas Eve. When we left our house it had just started snowing. The Christmas Eve service at church was cancelled. We were literally snowed and iced in. Thank goodness we were already where we needed to be since we live an hour away from Southlake. Christmas Eve could not have been more perfect.
Dad, Michael, and Rick made a snowman Christmas Day. We had to get our picture with it.

Christmas Day at Poppy and Deedee's

Christmas morning we went to Poppy and Deedee's house where Rusty, Nancy, Ann, and Lloyd were visiting. Ann and Lloyd had not seen Faith. Faith was very well behaved everywhere we went. We love the wonderful Christmas breakfast at Poppy and Deedee's home; it's so good and a wonderful tradition!!!

Christmas at my mom and dad's

Faith's first Christmas!!!! We had such a wonderful time celebrating Christmas with our new baby this year. God has really blessed us with such an amazing family that is so supportive and loving. Everyone loves Faith unconditionally; how could you not? This year we celebrated Christmas early at mom and dad's on Monday. Matt could only be here a week and had to leave Tuesday (my sis is going with him). Faith got so many things. One of our Favorite things she received was her Little People Nativity. She is going to love playing with that next year. I got a jacket that I really wanted!!! Jesse and I bought Faith an exer-saucer. She loves this thing. It gives me at least 10 more minutes to do things around the house.

Corrie's Graduated

Jesse and I could not be more proud of Corrie; she graduated college this past Saturday. Corrie is going to be a nurse. We went to her pinning on Friday, (which was 4 hours long), graduation on Saturday, and a party on Sunday. It was busy but so fun to see my little sis accomplish so much. You're awesome Corr!!!!!

Family Pictures

This week was so busy, but we had a few minutes to stop and take a family picture while Matt was here. Robin came over with her amazing new camera and took these. We LOVE all the pictures. They turned out so beautiful!!!!

The cutest hat ever!!

These are the moccasins that Rusty made Faith before she was born. They are comfy, soft and sweet!!!

We had such a fun family day this past Saturday. We went to the Forney Christmas gathering. It was cold and we dressed Faith in so many layers. Jenn gave Faith this hat when she was born. It is so cute. When Faith wears this hat, people always ask where we got it.

Mamaw

I cant believe I haven't written about Mamaw yet. What was I thinking?
Mamaw has been a wonderful grandmother to me my whole life. I am so greatful to have grown up in the house next door to her. I'm so glad Faith is getting to be held by her Mamaw. I thought it was cute that they matched and I had to take a picture.

5 months

Faith at 5 months! Looks like she's keeping those blue eyes.

Great Grandmother Papusch

We love our Grandma Papusch. She always wants to know all about Faith and what she's up to every few days. Faith is going to grow up knowing how much her Great Grandmother Papusch loves her. We are so glad you are a part of our lives.

Thanksgiving 2009

Cousin Mike holding Faith for the first time.
Family eating at our table for the first time.

This year we had Thanksgiving at our home. It was so much fun!!!! I have always wanted to use my china; this was my first opportunity since we were received it as a wedding present. This is also our new table and chairs. My amazing mom restored the table and chairs. We found them both at Grace. The total for all the chairs and table was $150.00. It looks like a $1000 table and chairs. Thank you mom for all your help!

First feeding at 5 months

I am so glad something is working. I am feeding her before her last feeding of the night. It gets her tummy really full and she is ready for bed after she's nursed. We are thankful for the cereal.

Faith loves her cereal. She is so cute when she eats it. I really do have fun feeding her.
