Potty Training

Potty Training 1o1. 

On July 4th Faith officially became potty trained, no more diapers. What did you do, some moms might ask?  "Well,  I told her no more diapers."  Jesse and I spent 1 whole day giving Faith salty foods and juice to make her pee and this jump started the potty training process. It was NOT a fun day. In fact Jesse and I say it was one of the worst days we can ever remember. Faith is one of those kids that really doesn't care if she wears diapers. But now that she wears panties she is never going back. Every day gets a little better. It really is true, you HAVE to take potty training one day at a time.

Faith is 3!

We had so much fun celebrating Faith's 3rd birthday. We went to Chuck E Cheese with Meme and Popples on her actual birthday. The next Saturday we celebrated Faith's birthday at the Forney water-park with all her friends. This was an easy birthday party this year. After all that has gone on I really didn't have time to plan a themed party. Next year it is so on. Faith didn't care as she is only 3. 

We are so blessed by this little girl daily. She is so fun!!

Miss these girls

Early in the summer when we just moved back in and the Mullen's got to come to our home and play. Mabrie and Allie are some of the sweetest girls I know and Faith loves them almost as much as I do. 

I don't get to see them often because Mark and Jenn have crazy lives but when I do it's always a blessing. Love you Mullen Family.

my ice cream girl

My girl loves frozen yogurt almost as much as I do. Finally we have a frozen yogurt shop in Forney. I do have to say it might be a little too close. Not only do I have a girl that loves ice cream she loves to shop too. What have I done?? I love the age of 3. Faith LOVES life. It's so fun to be her mom.

VBS 2012

This summer Jesse and I lead the music at the Cornerstone VBS. We had a great time getting to lead music for kids. Kids are so responsive and excited about Jesus. This was Faith's first time at VBS. She had so much fun, learned about Jesus and got to stay up really late. 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY POPPLES

Faith really loves her Popples and really loves birthdays too. We had a great dinner at Papadoes in Dallas for Dads birthday.  I can still remember what I got to eat. Crab Cakes!!! So good!
