Faith is 7 months

Today Faith is 7 months old. I kept telling everyone I met at M.O.P.S. that Faith was 6 months. Time gets away so fast so we had to have a little photo shoot. She was just soooo cute. That's why there are so many pictures this time.

New things Faith is doing at 7 months:
-Eating- Banana's (her favorite), peas, squash, peaches, zucchini, oatmeal and banana/peaches
-Almost about to sit up on her own
-Loves to talk/scream
-Scooting around in a circle on her belly
-Rolls over when she feels like it
-And the best: she knows who her mommy is!!!!

Thank you Jenn

I just wanted to thank my best friend Jennifer for giving me her elliptical machine. It's so much better than the first one I bought. I am so thankful for wonderful friends that care enough to give their stuff away. THANKS JENN!!!!!

6 and 1/2 months

She's growing so fast. I really don't know how to accept this. Faith is already over half a year old. She is starting to sit up on her own.

I give up!!!

I give up.
Faith really doesn't enjoy her tummy time. She has now rolled over 4 times but still doesn't remember the concept, so when she is on her tummy too long she throws a little temper. I do have to admit it's cute; not for long though. Faith likes to put her hands down in front of her and face plant her head, as if this is going to help. Its like she is saying "I give up." She's catching on because when she does this I pick her up pretty quickly.

Ginger Bread House

Mabes and Allie came over today and played. I had a ginger bread house that my mom had given me; it was perfect for the girls. This was their first time to decorate one. They are so sweet. I love them and am so glad to have Mabrie and Allie in my life.

Peas Peas Peas

Peas Peas Peas!!!!
I am going to make Faith's baby food from now on. The peas are my first thing to make. They taste and look exactly like peas; much better looking than the jarred stuff. These pictures are Faith's first taste of real food. She loved it!!!! It's so much fun with each new thing we get to try.

White Christmas Day

Corrie was there too!

Faith had a good time with her aunt/cousin Em.

Christmas Day 2009 was beautiful. The last white Christmas in North Texas was in 1926. Faith's first Christmas was white. We had so much fun. Jesse and I had already decided to spend the night with mom and dad on Christmas Eve. When we left our house it had just started snowing. The Christmas Eve service at church was cancelled. We were literally snowed and iced in. Thank goodness we were already where we needed to be since we live an hour away from Southlake. Christmas Eve could not have been more perfect.
Dad, Michael, and Rick made a snowman Christmas Day. We had to get our picture with it.
